Chimpanzee Trekking Permits to Kibale Forest National Park cost US $250 per person for every traveler interested in trekking and watching the majestic Chimpanzees in their habitat. Chimpanzee Trekking offers you a chance to trek and watch the Chimpanzees in their forest habitat for a period of an hour.
You Trek the chimpanzees for about 2 to 4 hours following varying trails in the forest with park ranger guides who inform you about the Forest as well as the various chimpanzee communities. After a while following varying trails in the forest for a period of 2 to 4 hours till you meet them and spend an hour in their presence taking photos in an hour.
Other than trekking the chimpanzees, the travelers can engage in the chimpanzee habituation experience with a valid permit which costs US $300 per person and on this you spend a whole day encountering the chimpanzees as they take you through their daily activities.

What Happens After Booking your Chimpanzee Permits
Once your permit is secured and paid for:
You’ll receive a confirmation voucher or receipt.
On the day of trekking, you must present this at the Kibale park gate or visitor centre (often at Kanyanchu Visitor Centre) before heading into the forest with rangers.
